I'm very familiar with Kalamazoo. I grew up in Muskegon. And my dad and many friends and family attended Western Michigan.

Upstate NY has been good to me. Lots of places to hike in the Finger Lakes, Catskills, and Adirondacks. Just a couple miles away from Lake Ontario. And surrounded by apple farms. Sometimes, it's like living in a postcard. haha
